Your questions answered

Is the supervision group or individual?

All supervision sessions are group. You will be allocated 12 sessions as part of your membership and will be responsible for booking one session per month. Trainee counsellors have a maximum of 4 people per group and qualified counsellors have a maximum of 6 people per group.

What if I already have supervision?

The supervision provided in this membership is additional supplementary supervision to your core supervision. We do not provide core supervision through the membership. If you would like core supervision with one of the founders please email us using the button above.

When are the supervision sessions?

Each month we will release a range of supervision session options. Click the supervision page in the members area and choose a slot that suits you.

Can I book 1:1 Supervision?

Yes, both Aisha and Skye run supervision practices outside of the membership. You are welcome to inquire about additional supervision should you need it. You can access Aisha's website here. You can access Skye's website here

What topics are covered in the CPD modules

Each month a new CPD module will be released. We have a range of topics but are always open to suggestions. We know there are so many things that are not covered in traditional trainings and our CPD modules aim to bridge that gap, giving you a comprehensive set of tools to enhance your clinical practice.

What are clinical handouts?

Clinical handouts are handouts linked to the CPD modules that will help you enhance your practice. This could be templates, checklists, contracts and more.

What are clinical consideration sessions?

Clinical consideration sessions are a place where you can join the founders live and discuss clinical questions, thoughts or themes. Each month you will be able to submit your consideration and Aisha and Skye will set up a zoom meeting for the discussion. These will be group discussions, and if you are unable to attend live, we can circulate the recording.  Considerations will need to be submitted by the 19th of each month. If no considerations are submitted by the deadline, we will roll over any considerations to the next month.

How long is the membership for?

The initial term is 12 months. Anyone on the founding member offer will have their price locked in for as long as you stay a member.
