TCC Founder
Aisha Gordon-Hiles BSc, MSc, PGDIP MBACP ACCRED​
Aisha is an accredited integrative counsellor, coach, tutor and supervisor. She has worked in a number of therapeutic settings including charities and higher education. She is TV and media trained and has worked both in pre production and off screen. Most recently, as a coach on Idris Elba's fight school. She has worked with and facilitated workshops for a number of brands including LUSH and Boohoo and has featured on BBC Radio London. She has also worked alongside Skye as a lecturer on a BSc Psychology with Counselling programme. She is passionate about thinking outside the box and making dreams come true.

Skye Kennedy-Cullen MSc, PGCert, Adv Dip, Dip. Accred CORST, UKCP MBACP FHEA
​Skye is a practicing psychotherapist, psychosexual therapist, mentor, clinical supervisor and a Senior Lecturer. She is an accredited member of COSRT, a full clinical member of UKCP, a registered member of the BACP and a Fellow of the HEA. Alongside private practice, she has worked in Higher Education since 2019, and held senior positions at both BSc and MSc levels, as well as being a visiting lecturer. Skye has taught on the BACP accreditetd programmes at The University of Greenwich, The University of Roehampton and University of East London. She is currently a Lead Tutor for a clinical supervision diploma at CICS, Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. She is dedicated to supporting the development of robust, ethical and quality therapists.

Jenny Ní Fhionnusa MBPsS Msc. Bsc. BA(Hons) H.dip
With over 20 years experience in health and wellbeing, mental health and community and social wellbeing, Jenny brings a unique integrative approach to her work by blending psychology, art, nature and body centered practices to offer holistic care and support. Her person centred approach focuses on guiding clients towards meaningful growth and transformation by tapping into their innate strengths and potential.

Dr Ed Fletcher
With a wealth of experience in neuroscience and pharmacological research across academic and industrial fields, I bring a unique perspective to understanding the brain and its complexities. My expertise spans innovative drug and biotechnology solutions, with a focus on addressing challenges in neuroscience. This includes research in drug development, in vivo studies, biochemical processes, and data visualization, providing insights that inform practice and patient care.

Currently, I manage a portfolio of clinical-grade gene therapy materials, overseeing their progression from preclinical to clinical stages. My background enables me to connect science with practical applications, offering counsellors valuable insights into how neuroscience and pharmacology intersect with mental health, therapeutic approaches, and client well-being.

Amberlee Green
Amberlee is an Illustrator, Lecturer and Mental Health Practitioner. Based in London, UK, she currently teaches Masters level Psychology and Health Sciences at Regent and Undergraduate Illustration at the University of the Arts London.

Following postgraduate study in the UCL Division of Psychiatry, her career focuses on person-centered psychology, the role of social & racial justice in collaborative healthcare, and psychological safety in teaching & learning (which her current research explores). Previous research includes a published journal article on how the representation of black women in illustration impacts wellbeing and a feeling of belonging in creative spaces.

Dr Chioma James
I am passionate about enhancing access to care and patient outcomes. I have gained extensive experience working in various NHS and private hospitals, significantly sharpening my problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. I have gained expertise in evaluating complex clinical data, conducting assessments, and making evidence-based recommendations in various medical disciplines, including gastroenterology, general practice, and surgery. In addition to this, with degrees in Biomedical Science from King's College London and Medical Genetics from the University of Glasgow, I have deepened my analytical and research skills and my understanding of Biomedical Science, Pathology, and Genetics.
