Aisha Gordon-Hiles BSc, MSc, PGDIP MBACP ACCRED​
Accredited Counsellor, Author, Coach, Tutor & Clinical Supervisor
Aisha is an accredited integrative counsellor, coach, tutor and supervisor. She has worked in a number of therapeutic settings including charities and higher education. She is TV and media trained and has worked both in pre production and off screen. Most recently, as a coach on Idris Elba's fight school. She has worked with and facilitated workshops for a number of brands including LUSH and Boohoo and has featured on BBC Radio London. She has also worked alongside Skye as a lecturer on a BSc Psychology with Counselling programme. She is passionate about thinking outside the box and making dreams come true.

Skye Kennedy-Cullen MSc, PGCert, Adv Dip, Dip. Accred CORST, UKCP MBACP FHEA
Accredited Psychotherapist, Psychosexual Therapist, Clinical Supervisor & Senior Lecturer
​Skye is a practicing psychotherapist, psychosexual therapist, mentor, clinical supervisor and a Senior Lecturer. She is an accredited member of COSRT, a full clinical member of UKCP, a registered member of the BACP and a Fellow of the HEA. Alongside private practice, she has worked in Higher Education since 2019, and held senior positions at both BSc and MSc levels, as well as being a visiting lecturer. Skye has taught on the BACP accreditetd programmes at The University of Greenwich, The University of Roehampton and University of East London. She is currently a Lead Tutor for a clinical supervision diploma at CICS, Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. She is dedicated to supporting the development of robust, ethical and quality therapists.

Integrative Psychotherapist | Managing Director for Talk Changes | School Counsellor | Workshop Trainer | Clinical Supervisor
Khadija is an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years of practice and has recently qualified as a Clinical Supervisor. She holds a BACP-accredited qualification and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, bringing extensive expertise in cognitive, humanistic, and behavioural therapies to her work with CYP and adults. Her holistic approach ensures tailored and compassionate mental health care for diverse needs.
In 2020, Khadija founded Talk Changes, a non-profit mental health charity dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Talk Changes offers counselling and psychotherapy sessions, workshops, school counselling, supervision, community projects, and mental health training. Khadija’s vision and leadership continue to empower individuals and communities to prioritise their mental well-being.

Clinical sexologist and Clinical Supervisor
Rhi is a Clinical Sexologist and a Clinical Supervisor, having trained in both with CICS.
They live and work in South Wales and have a private practice in Cardiff, Pontypridd and online.
Rhi recently finished working in a Gender Identity Clinic providing gender-affirming Psychosexual Therapy.
Rhi trains other therapists in working competently with trans and nonbinary clients and runs a free online monthly group for trans and nonbinary people wanting to learn more about their sexuality. This is funded by Not a Phase.
Rhi is nonbinary and transmasculine with bilingual pronouns - They/Nhw
Rhi's specialisms are in sex therapy, relationship therapy, Pluralistic Practice and working with non-normative gender and sexual identities.

Counsellor/Psychotherapist- Traumatologist and Clinical Supervisor at Arantza Counselling & Psychotherapy
Arantza Puente Gil is an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor specializing in trauma. Accredited by both the BACP and BABCP, she provides trauma-focused therapy through her private practice, Arantza Counselling & Psychotherapy, offering interventions such as EMDR, Flash Technique, REWIND, NET, CPT, PE, IRRT, and STAIR, among others.
Alongside her private practice, she works as a High Intensity CBT Therapist with NHS Berkshire supporting clients with a broad range of presentations such as OCD, PTSD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, phobias, etc. She has integrated her extensive experience from roles in the NHS, private practice, charity sector through her work at schools, and Employee Assistance Programs, including leadership positions in HealthHero (formerly known as Validium), to support both clients and therapist to the best of her abilities.

With a strong academic foundation, Arantza holds postgraduate qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (University of Reading), Trauma and PTSD (ICS Ltd Group), and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (University of Roehampton), alongside a BA (Hons) in Clinical Psychology (UNED, Spain). Passionate about ethical and effective therapeutic practice, she supports individuals on their healing journey while mentoring fellow professionals through clinical supervision.

Laura Hall BA(Hons), PGdip, MBACP, MNCPS (Acc.), COSCA Counselling Skills Trainer, and Clinical Supervisor.

Laura completed her PGDip in Person Centred Counselling at The University of Aberdeen in 2022, and has since qualified in working with Children and Young People, Adoption Support, Clinical Supervision and Group Therapy. She specialises in working with neurodiversity, personality disorders and LGBTQIA+ clients.
Since qualifying as a counsellor, Laura has worked in a local charity providing therapy for young adults facing homelessness, and for a large Employee Assistance Provider, working with clients in a short term model and immediate telephone support. She now works fully remotely in private practice with clients and supervisees across Europe.

With almost a decade of experience I am a counsellor, life coach, clinical supervisor, and lecturer.
I hold a strong and ethical background in thereputic practice coupled work with a passion for supporting personal growth and resilience
I am compassionate, client-centred and work to empower individuals to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
As a clinical supervisor I am dedicated to fostering reflective practice and guiding practitioners to develop their skills with confidence and integrity, combining academic expertise with practical experience, inspiring students and professionals to deepen their understanding of counselling theory and practice.

Marie Adams PGDip Couns, BA (Hons), MBACP Accred, Clinical Supervisor (Dip)​
Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist And Clinical Supervisor
Marie originally studied child psychology, and after completing the diploma course in 2010, went onto study Person-Centred Counselling at the Metanoia Institute and became fully qualified in 2015. Since then, Marie has continued to expand her theoretical knowledge in therapy and has completed courses on Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Somatic and Polyvagal Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and most recently EMDR. Marie became an accredited member of the BACP in 2018.
Marie worked with young adults and staff for over ten years at a London University and co-managed/supervised the Trainee and Associate Counsellor Unit. Alongside this Marie has experience with other charitable organisations working in Bereavement, Domestic Violence and Cancer Hospices. In May 2025 Marie started up her own private practice, Marie Adams Counselling, and alongside working within her own business, has enjoyed applying her expertise to work within the charitable sectors and Employee Assistance Programs.
Marie is passionate about client autonomy and being adaptive to different needs and has a lot of personal and professional experience working with neurodivergence and equality. Marie believes in fostering a collaborative but reflexive approach to her supervision that focuses on mutual respect and supporting ethical boundaries.
